Special note regarding staff and recent events
Dear readers,
Much of the work we publish at Reservoir Road is rooted in the traumas caused by experiences with violence of all sorts—experiences that we wish, fervently, would never occur at all to anyone. So, it should come as no surprise to our writers and readers that the editorial staff of Reservoir Road unequivocally condemns violence or threats of violence of any kind, real or perceived.
When we were alerted yesterday about violent language posted to social media by one of our volunteer editors, we took immediate action and removed that individual from our team. We appreciate those of you who brought this to our attention, and we reaffirm our commitment to this community to be a haven and a conduit for those seeking to process and explore their most difficult and vulnerable moments.
